We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Wayrove is a web-based platform that allows users to create interactive quests, scavenger hunts, and group activities. The Service includes:

• Quest creation and management tools
• AI-powered content generation features
• Player participation and response tracking
• Team and scoring functionality

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using Wayrove ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content:

• Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Is appropriate for all ages if shared publicly
• Does not contain confidential information you are not authorized to share

6. Subscription, Payment & Cancellation

Wayrove offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Cancellation Policy

When you cancel your subscription:

• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No prorated refunds are provided for unused time in the current period
• Your plan will automatically downgrade to Free at the end of the billing period
• You may resubscribe at any time to regain access to premium features

Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees. However, we may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Service issues: If a significant technical issue prevents you from using the Service for an extended period
• Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
• First-time subscribers: We may offer a courtesy refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you are genuinely unsatisfied

One-Time Purchases (Player Packs)

Player Pack purchases are non-refundable once applied to a quest. The additional players remain available on the quest indefinitely, regardless of your subscription status.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service includes AI-powered features for generating quest content. You understand that:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI outputs
• You are responsible for content you publish, including AI-generated content
• AI usage is subject to fair use limits based on your plan

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Wayrove and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Wayrove. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYROVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
